One expert across Apple and networks
My strongest work sits between systems: the Mac depends on an account, the network on DNS, and secure access on VPNs and certificates.

I do not repair hardware or bypass account security. If the right route is a repair centre or an official account recovery process, I will say so before we start.
Know the range before we connect
Base ranges are in USD. Your screen converts them into your regional currency using the latest available reference rate. I confirm the exact fee after a 10–15 minute triage and before paid work begins.
Payment by bank transfer or selected cryptocurrency may be arranged. The network and exact amount are always confirmed before you send funds.

Practical answers before we connect
What you should know about scope, security, pricing and payment.
01Which issues can be solved remotely?
Most software and network issues: macOS and iPhone failures, iCloud and Apple ID, data transfers, backups, Wi‑Fi, Mesh, VPN, DNS, certificates and remote access. I review the symptoms first and tell you plainly whether remote work is appropriate.
02How much does remote support cost?
A one-off Apple issue is usually $99–349, network recovery $149–599, and migration or Recovery $149–399. Your screen may show a regional-currency equivalent; I confirm the final amount before paid work begins.
03Is a remote session secure?
You can watch every action and remain in control of the device. You never need to share passwords, 2FA codes or payment details. Before risky changes we check the backup; afterwards I document what changed.
04Can you recover an Apple ID or iCloud account?
I can guide official diagnosis and account recovery, review trusted devices, backups and security settings. I do not bypass Activation Lock, Find My or account protection.
05Do you support companies and Apple service providers?
Yes. Small Mac-based teams, MSPs, Apple service providers and repair shops can use per-ticket support, a monthly desk or a white-label service under the partner’s brand.
06Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
In selected cases, by prior agreement. I confirm the supported asset, network, destination and exact amount before payment. Never transfer funds using details from an unverified message.
07Which jobs are outside your scope?
I do not repair or solder hardware and I do not bypass account or device protection. When physical repair or proof of ownership is required, I point you to the correct official route.
Send your case for diagnosis
Do not send passwords, 2FA codes or payment information. For a first reply, I only need the device, the symptom and a reliable way to reach you.
Remote replies for clients worldwide. First-response time depends on urgency and current workload.
